Cryopak's Sub-Zero™ gel pouches are a water-based, biodegradable gel and a safe alternative to dry ice. They are not subject to the same labeling or hazardous goods handling regulations as dry ice.
Sub-Zero™ is a versatile alternative to dry ice. Available as gel pouches in custom sizes, as well as sheets/bottles, this product can also be frozen in a commercial freezer at a minimum temperature of -25°C.
While dry ice was once the industry standard for energy density, in many cases it is too cold for your application due to direct contact with the product. Our Sub-Zero™ gel can be placed in direct contact with your product, eliminating the need for cushioning and ensuring lighter packaging, while minimizing any concerns about damaging your product.
