1. SALES ACCOUNTANT
Detailed Job Description:
Managing Sales Transactions: Receiving orders, checking the validity of quotations and sales contracts; Issuing financial invoices and accurately recording revenue.
Monitoring Accounts Receivable: Closely monitoring accounts receivable, reconciling accounts receivable periodically with customers, and urging timely debt collection.
Managing Inventory & Goods: Coordinating with the technical department to monitor the import, export, and inventory of surveillance equipment; Conducting periodic inventory checks to ensure that actual data matches the software. Sales Department Support: Provide information on order status and customer balances to support Sales in making business decisions.
Regular Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, cost analysis reports, and gross profit reports as required by the Board of Directors.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: College/University degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in sales accounting or inventory accounting (especially in the equipment/technology distribution sector).
Professional Skills:
Proficient in accounting software and strong Excel skills.
Thorough understanding of regulations regarding invoices, documents, and VAT.
Soft Skills:
Careful, meticulous, and possessing strong logical thinking skills with numbers.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills when working with customers on payment issues.
Able to withstand work pressure during end-of-month sales deadlines.
2. TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Job Description:
Advise on solutions and directly install smart monitoring systems for customers.
Provide technical support, maintenance, and ensure stable system operation.
Coordinate closely with the Sales Department to provide technical support during customer service.
Candidate Requirements:
Male, aged 22-35, with a passion for technology/engineering.
Education: College/University graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, flexible problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Attitude: Highly responsible and proactive in work.
